Welcome to SHAEV. By accessing or purchasing from shaev.co.uk you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General These terms apply to all users of shaev.co.uk including browsers, customers, and anyone who places an order. By using our site you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Products We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee your screen will display colours exactly as they appear.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property All content on shaev.co.uk including the SHAEV name, logo, imagery, and copy is the intellectual property of SHAEV and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability SHAEV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
