What fabrics can I use SHAEV on?

SHAEV works on wool, cashmere, cotton, fleece, knitwear, scarves, gloves, upholstery and more. We recommend starting on speed setting 1 for delicate fabrics like cashmere.

How do I charge SHAEV?

SHAEV charges via the included USB-C cable. A full charge typically takes around 1-2 hours.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your SHAEV, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery to the UK typically takes 7–12 days. EU, US, and Canada orders may take upto 15 days.
