Return & Refund Policy

At SHAEV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original components included. Items that show signs of heavy use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your SHAEV arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a full replacement at no cost. Simply email us at contact@shaev.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case SHAEV will cover all associated costs.

Non-Returnable Items Items returned after the 30-day window, or items that are damaged due to misuse, cannot be accepted.
